Refund Policy

Physical Products 

If you are dissatisfied with a product sent by Oral Care Academy, please contact us at admin@oralcareacademy.co.uk 

If the refund is requested within 28 days, we can offer:

A full refund

We ask that you do not send back/ return opened items (packages, toothpastes or dentifrices) 

 

Digital Products 

If you are dissatisfied with a digital product sent by Oral Care Academy, please contact us at admin@oralcareacademy.co.uk 

If the refund is requested within 5 days, we can offer: a full refund

Services 

Once a service or session has been performed, we are not able to offer a refund.

If the event is an employee wellbeing session: cancellation is free of charge up until 1 week before the scheduled event 

If the event is a personal session: cancellation is free of charge up until 24 hours before the event. 

​

If you do not attend a personal session, you have one opportunity to reschedule. After two missed session, we may not be able to refund. Please get in touch to discuss further (contact: admin@oralcareacademy.co.uk)
